For students in the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District (KPBSD)
- Upstream Academy cost is covered by the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District (KPBSD).
- CHOICES program will cover transportation cost to and from the academy for eligible students.
- College admissions consulting and application support.
- All travel arrangements are made through KPBSD for the student.
